• Spectrometers are integral to chemical analysis of raw materials.
• Water and air sealing performance testing machine is used to test sealing performance of faucets after the permanent mold casting of its bracket body.
• During the machining processes, quality audit is conducted and dimensional checks are made about every half hour.
• Full quality inspection of polishing quality is carried out after polishing and buffing of faucets.
• Full quality inspection of electroplated finish is carried out. 24-hour acid salt spray test and plating coating thickness measurement are made to the partial sample of faucets.
• Water and air sealing performance testing machine is used to test sealing performance of faucets in the assembly process.
• At the end of manufacturing process, final inspection is conducted to check the finish and performance of the faucets.
• As for pull down/pull out kitchen faucets, endurance tests of the faucet nozzle are conducted.
